A. Account & Identity Information
When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

• Authentication identifiers provided by Firebase Authentication
This information is required to create and manage your account.
B. Profile Information
If you choose to complete your profile, we may collect:

• Seller status and seller plan information
• Badges or role indicators (e.g., seller or reviewer status)
Providing profile information is optional unless required for selling.
C. Order & Fulfillment Information
When you buy or sell items through Cards Market, we collect information necessary to facilitate orders, including:
• Shipping address or local pickup location details
• Order history (items purchased or sold, order status, timestamps)
Address information is used solely for order fulfillment and is shared only between the buyer and seller involved in the transaction. Cards Market does not use address data for tracking or advertising purposes.
D. Location Information (Approximate)
We may collect approximate location information, such as:
• ZIP code
• City or region-level location
This information is used only to:
• Show listings near you
• Filter and sort listings by distance
We do not collect or store continuous background location tracking or precise GPS movement data.
E. Listings & Marketplace Data
If you create listings, we collect:
• Listing details (title, description, price, quantity)
• Photos you upload
• Item condition and category details
This information is visible to other users as part of the marketplace.
F. Messages
We collect messages exchanged between buyers and sellers through the in-app messaging system. Messages are used solely to facilitate marketplace communication.
G. Payment Information
Cards Market does not process payments.
We may display the payment methods you choose to accept (e.g., Venmo, PayPal, Zelle), but:
• Payments occur directly between users
• Payment handles or details are not processed or stored by Cards Market
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
• Create and manage user accounts
• Facilitate buying and selling activity
• Enable communication between users
• Enforce seller plan rules and marketplace policies
• Detect fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Improve app performance and reliability
3. Data Storage & Security
Cards Market uses Firebase (Google Cloud) to store and manage data, including user accounts, listings, messages, and orders.
We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including authentication controls and access restrictions. However, no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
4. Data Retention
We retain user information:
• For as long as your account remains active
• As necessary to operate the marketplace
• To comply with legal obligations
• To resolve disputes or enforce policies
You may request account deletion, after which personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent personal information.
We may share information:
• Between buyers and sellers involved in the same transaction (e.g., address for shipping)
• With service providers (such as Firebase) that help operate the App
• When required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or integrity of Cards Market or its users
6. User Controls
You may:
• Update your profile information in the app
• Manage seller payment methods
• Request account deletion
Some information may remain visible if required for marketplace integrity (e.g., completed listings).
7. Children’s Privacy
Cards Market is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
