Welcome to Cards Market. By downloading, accessing, or using the Cards Market mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Overview of the Platform
Cards Market is a marketplace designed to connect buyers and sellers of sports cards and related collectibles. Cards Market provides listing, browsing, and messaging tools only.
Cards Market does not process payments, handle shipping, or resolve disputes between users.
All transactions, payments, shipping, and arrangements are handled directly between buyers and sellers.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to buy or sell items.
You agree to:
• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account
Cards Market may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Listings & Seller Plans
Some listing features require a paid plan or listing entitlement.
Active Listings After Plan Expiration
If a seller’s plan expires:
• Existing active listings remain active for up to 30 days after expiration
• During this grace period, listings remain visible and functional
• After the grace period, listings may be marked inactive
• Listings are not deleted and may be reactivated by renewing or purchasing an eligible plan
Cards Market does not guarantee listing visibility beyond this grace period.
4. Listing Removal & Enforcement
Cards Market reserves the right to:
• Remove or deactivate any listing that violates these Terms
• Remove listings associated with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited behavior
• Modify listing visibility or status for platform integrity
5. User Conduct
Users of Cards Market agree not to post, upload, list, or transmit any content that is:
• Illegal, fraudulent, or misleading
• Harassing, abusive, threatening, or hateful toward other users
• Obscene, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable
• Spam or deceptive listings
• Content that violates intellectual property rights
Cards Market maintains a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
We reserve the right to remove listings, messages, or other content that violates these rules at any time, without notice. Accounts that repeatedly violate these policies may be suspended or permanently banned from the platform.
Users can report listings or users that violate these rules through the in-app reporting tools. Reported content will be reviewed and may be removed if found to violate these Terms.
6. Bans, Suspensions & Enforcement Actions
Cards Market may suspend or permanently ban users at its sole discretion.
If a user is banned:
• All active listings may be removed or deactivated
• Access to buying, selling, and messaging features may be revoked
• Any active subscription or plan will not be refunded
• Paid plans will remain active only until the end of the current billing cycle
• Subscriptions will not renew after a ban
Cards Market is not obligated to reinstate banned accounts.
7. Payments & Subscriptions
Cards Market may offer:
• One-time listing fees
• Monthly or annual seller plans
All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play billing systems.
No Refunds
Except where required by law:
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Partial billing periods are not refunded
• Bans do not result in refunds
8. Transactions Between Users
Cards Market:
• Does not handle payments between buyers and sellers
• Does not guarantee delivery, condition, or authenticity of items
• Does not mediate disputes
Users are responsible for:
• Payment methods
• Shipping arrangements
• Verifying items and sellers
• Resolving disputes independently
9. Messaging & Communication
Messaging features are provided for coordination only.
Cards Market may monitor or restrict messaging to:
• Prevent abuse
• Enforce platform rules
• Investigate reports or violations
10. Ratings & Feedback
Users may leave feedback following completed transactions.
Cards Market may remove feedback that:
• Is fraudulent
• Is abusive
• Violates these Terms
11. Limitation of Liability
Cards Market is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cards Market is not liable for:
• Lost profits or sales
• Disputes between users
• Transaction failures
• Listing visibility changes
• Account suspensions or bans
12. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Cards Market may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
